• Oversees the affairs of all elements of the League
• Officer who maintains contact with Little League Headquarters
• Represents the League in District organizations
• Strives to have first hand knowledge of the regulations which Little League operates

• Presides in the absence of the president
• Carries out such duties and assignments as may be delegated by President

• Works with other officers and committees on various projects

Secretary

Nikki Buxton

• Maintains a register of board members and directors
• Records minutes at meetings
• Responsible for sending out notice of meetings
• Maintains a record of leagues activities

 
Treasure

Carl Granger

• Keeps League books and financial records
• Reports on status of League funds
• Dispenses League funds as approved by the Board

Information Officer    

Nikki Buxton

• Manages league's official home page and social media accounts
• Manages registration and checks player eligibility
• Ensures that league news and scores are updated on a regular basis
• Collects, post, and distributes important information to coaches, managers, board members, players, and players guardians
• Helps team mom with uniforms, parent shirts, awards, ect.
• Helps player agent make season schedule

League Player Agent (may not coach)

Carl Granger 

• Conducts annual tryouts and is in charge of player selection
• Supervises and coordinates the transfer of players to or from teams/divisions
• Coordinates clinics that benefit players
• Coordinates tournament teams
• Makes season schedule

Safety Officer

Tara Funk

• Coordinates all safety activities including supervision of ASAP (A Safety Awareness Plan)
• Places player medical forms in alphabetical order in binder for concession stand
• Coordinates injury prevention programs
• Runs all volunteer background checks
• Guides injured players family, coaches, or volunteer through insurance process with Little League

Equipment Manager

Robert Guyton

• Manages and organizes equipment; makes list of items needing to be fixed, replaced, or bought
• Hands out equipment to Division Agents and Collects for Division Agent
• Helps in any clinics or events for Major League, Junior League, and Big League Players

• Places players on teams based on age and school
• Represents tee ball players in league meetings
• Helps the Head Player Agent in any transfers of players to or from teams/divisions
• Helps the Head Player Agent in any clinics or events for Tee Ball Players
• Helps manage Equipment issue and collection and issues for Division

Minor (8U) Representative (may not coach in this division)

• Represents Minor 8U League Players in League meetings
• Helps in any transfers of players to or from teams/divisions

• Represents coaches/managers in league meetings
• Guide coaches/manager through the season; help them with issues that arise

Event, Fundraising, and Sponsorship Coordinator

• Coordinates events such as On-site Registration, Draft, Opening Day, Closing Day, fundraising events, and tournaments.
• Reaches out to possible sponsors
• Helps with advertisement and public out reach
• Helps organize any fundraising efforts
