Games
All games are played at the College Oak Softball Complex. Games are played Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Rain outs will be rescheduled to Wednesdays and Saturdays. Games are held at 5:30pm and 7:00pm and last 1hr and 15min. Teams will play 1-2 games per week. **Practice locations and times are at the team managers discretion.**
Cancellations and Reschedules
Our main source of communication to parents is via email and text. We will email out when games are canceled due to weather and when they are rescheduled. We try to get this information out to you all as quickly as possible. We will also post on our Facebook page if there are any cancellations.

Playing field
Lake Charles Softball Little League plays at the College Oak Softball Complex located at 3518 Ernest St. Lake Charles, Louisiana 70605. The city of Lake Charles has dedicated these fields to our league. The College Oak Softball Complex consist of 3 lighted softball fields with covered dug outs and bleachers, 2 batting cages, 2 pitching mounds, and a concession stand with men/women restrooms. The city of Lake Charles recreation division maintains the up keep of the College Oak Softball Complex. They ask that all guest place all trash in the trash cans locates through out the facility. No pets are allowed on the complex.

Tee Ball- Bases are 55 feet apart; Pitching mound is 35ft from home plate
8U Minor Coach Pitch- Bases are 60ft apart; Pitching mound is 35ft from home plate
10U Minor- Bases are 60ft apart; Pitching mound is 35ft from home plate
12U Majors- Bases are 60ft apart; Pitching mound is 40ft from home plate
14U Juniors- Bases are 60ft apart; Pitching mound is 43ft from home plate
18U Big League - Bases are 60ft apart; Pitching mound is 43ft from home plate
Parking
Parking in the front of College Oak Softball Complex is limited. There is additional parking on the opposite side of the school. The Church across the street also allows us to park in their parking lot but they ask that we do not park in their grass, we do not park there on service days (Wednesday and Sunday) and respectfully pick up any trash left behind.
